About the role…
The Holiday Inn Birmingham City Centre and The Birmingham Conference & Events Centre (The BCEC) incorporates 261 hotel bedrooms and 32 flexible Conference & Events suites making it Birmingham's largest dedicated Conference Venue. Located opposite Birmingham Grand Central and with a great team, the future is bright!
As a key member of the hotel’s management team, you will coordinate the end-to-end HR function, including associated administration. Reporting to the General Manager on a day-to-day basis, you will also work closely with the central HR team.
Coordinating and partnering managers on recruitment activity, onboarding, and training, you will also support the local implementation of Group people initiatives that drive the engagement and performance of our team.
