To ensure you have the best possible start with us, we allocate time at home to complete online training and provide you with a comprehensive hotel induction and plan. Regular reviews will be held throughout induction and beyond, with training and development opportunities arranged throughout the year, to enable you to be the best you can be!

Menopause Awareness

Making menopause an inclusive subject that no one is afraid or embarrassed to talk about helps make Cairn Group a great place to work, giving everyone the confidence to ask for help and support if they need it.

Educating and informing our leaders and managers to understand what menopause is, how it can affect an employee and how we as a business can help, means that they can have great conversations and help provide the right support where needed.
