Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

We embrace equality, diversity, and inclusion in a serious way and are committed to building a team with a variety of backgrounds, skills, and views. The more inclusive we are, the better our work will be. We strive to create workplaces where everyone feels empowered to bring their full, authentic selves to work. Creating a culture of Equality isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s also the smart thing. But we know we still have more to do.

During International Week of Happiness at Work (week commencing 19th September 2022), we launched Cairn Groups Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Strategy!

We also launched our Network Groups, with the first groups taking place at the end of October. These are groups of employees who support each-other along with providing feedback, suggestions, and actions to drive positive change across the organisation, relating to that Network Group Topic. With this collaborative approach we will ensure our actions remain current, and grow our strategy based on our teams’ important feedback and suggestions.
